We operate Cafe inside the Food Court with Halal food servings. Our customers were mainly from the 3 huge main office buildings which house about 15,000 employees from both multinational as well as local big corporations. As we are in the food court, the daily foot traffics is around 2,000 to 2,500 pax. Is always full of people with many waiting for seats especially during lunch time. The food court capacity is about 500 pax and all were seated during lunch.

We do have a regular customers base which patron to our counter for coffee like Americano, Flat White, Latte. Many also likes our refreshment drinks range like mango, peach, lemonade and mint based drinks. We also sell cakes & pastries, nasi lemak & karipap, nyonya kuih, etc. You can drop all this add-on food item if you don't want to include in your menu. We can guide you and connect you to our reliable suppliers.

Location:
As mentioned above, we are indeed in the centre of the offices hub of about 15,000 work force according to the management. The building management will also able to advertise for you (in their Insta page at no cost) if you want to boost up on marketing side.

No need to incur cost on renovation or acquiring furniture and fittings:
Given our cafe is in the food court, you save money for tables and chairs for customers because is all provided by the food court management. You also save money on utensils like bowl, plates, spoons, forks because all are provided by the food court. You also do not need to wash these utensil as it will be taken care by the food court management.

Espresso Machine and devices:
We selected the top notch espresso machine to brew our coffee. We selected an Italian brand. No worry of anything that might happen to the machine in the future or during the business operation because the supplier of the espresso machine will support you fully by sending their technician to check. Thus, this will secure your operation to run smooth. All the spart parts are in stock and available in Malaysia without needing to wait for overseas rescue. So far the espresso machine doing a good job.

Coffee bean and other suppliers:
I will connect and provide you all my suppliers and inform the supplier of this transition so that you can get the same price and treatment or even better than me. All my suppliers are very supporting and friendly. Their pricing is indeed very reasonable based on their quality.

Skills:
Even if you don't have barista skills, my supplier can provide to you at their lab by their coffee master and mixologist. Even though I can teach you but I think let the professional to coach you is better. All the rest of the business information - will pass on to you and will coach/guide your team for up to 2 weeks after our Cafe takeover by you.

Customers demographic:
50% Muslim and 50% non-Muslim. There are certain times tourist from western and Asia do visit our location.

Rental:
If you can takover ASAP not later than April, 2025, we can negotiate a better rental fee for you. I will try my best. Utilities are very reasonable and based on what you used at the government pricing.

If you want to obtain Halal certificate - we can assist you. We also can guide you on all other major requirements under the law in Malaysia to operate a Cafe - F&B.
